Parippu Curry

To Pressure Cook

Soak dal for 10 mins 

1/2 Cup Parippu(2 cup water, after steam comes ,3 whistles in medium flame )
half onion
1 Tomato
2 green chili
Cloves of garlic
Turmeric Powder 
Salt 
Oil


Final Thadka 

Ghee + oil 
Jeera 
Mustard Seeds

Amma chicken sukka



1/2 kg chicken
1 Onion thinly sliced
2 Green chilli
2 tbsp coconut oil
Curry leaves
Salt (1 tsp)

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
2 Tsp chilli powder (spicy) 2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

Crush 1/2 cup thenga and 5-6 Cloves of Garlic(Dont use mixi)

Marinate chicken with all masala powders,onion ,green chilli,Coconut oil ,salt and keep for min 30mins.Pressure cook for 1 whistle.Open the cooker once it is cooled and add crushed thenga and garlic.

Cook for 5-7 mins very less flame.

Uzhunu Vada



2 cups Urad Dal (Always Grind in small jar)
5 Green Chili
Ginger

Wash and drain urad dal

Add 1 Tbsp. ice cold water in the wet grinder and turn it on. While it is running add the urad dal(half of the soaked urad dal) and grind it for 3-4 minutes. Scrape the sides of the grinder with a spatula that comes with the wet grinder.

Mathi Fry ( Fish Fry )


Wash and drain mathi
10 medium sized mathi

1 Table spoon kashmiri chili powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp gg paste
1 Tsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Ghee
1/2 Tsp Salt (little more than 1/2 tsp )

2 Grambu
2 cinamon
1/2  CupThenga
1 tbsp (kasmiri and normal chili powder)
1 tbsp Coriander powder
less than 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coc oil
1/2 cup Water

1.2 tsp Perum Jeerakam
1 onion
1 tbsp inji veluthuli chathachathu
2 Green Chili
Add arappu and mix well
Add 1 cup mixi washed water
Wait for tilakal and add chicken and cook for 25 mins

Parippu Vellarika curry


1/2 cup parippu
3 times (water)
Turmeric Powder
3-5 Green chili
Oil ( to avoid Therikal)
Salt
1 Cup vellarika


Keep on high flame
When steam  comes put  whistle and keep it in lower flame and wait for 1 whistle.

Now girnd
4 table spoon Thenga
1/4 tsp Jeera
1 clove Garlic

Add ground Paste,vellarika and cook for 2 whistle.

1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 Dry red chilie
