1. Peel Ginger with a Spoon

Ginger can be tricky to peel with all its bumps and irregularities. Rather than using a paring knife or vegetable peeler, reach for the spoon. Scrape it against the skin and it'll come right off, following every contour and minimizing waste.



2. Peel Garlic with ease

For easy peeling of garlic microwave it for 20 seconds.



3. Tamarind Juice

For easy extracting of tamarind juice, put the tamarind in water and microwave for 20-30 seconds.



4. How to Store Coriander leaf


Fill the bottle with water and put the bunch of coriander leaves with stem. It keeps them fresh for 2-3 weeks.Don't forget to change the water every 3 days.





5. Baking


Make sure that all ingredients are in room temperature unless mentioned in the recipe.



6. Boiling Egg

To avoid the crackling of eggs add some salt to it while boiling.

How to peel eggs easily: Once the eggs are cool to touch, tap one on a counter top until it’s covered with cracks, then roll it on a counter top under the palm of your hand.



7. Green Chilli

To retain the freshness of the green chili, wash and remove the stems from each chili. Transfer to a plastic container and store in refrigerator.



8. Cleaning  Kitchen sink


For easy cleaning of kitchen sink and stove top ,Sprinkle baking soda,leave for one hour and then wipe it with clean,damp cloth.




9. Frying Oil


While frying make sure that oil is hot enough otherwise the dish will absorb more oil.



10. Lady finger

To get rid of gooiness of lady's finger, add some curd or add few drops of  lemon juice.




11. Idli Batter


For idli batter after fermentation do not stir for a long time. To get rid of the stickiness of dosa to the pan,drizzle gingely oil before spreading the dosa.



12. Misc

The sauce will not stick to pasta, if you add oil while boiling pasta.
