Soya Cutlet


1.5 Cups Soya chunks
1 Big Potato
1 medium Onion
1 tsp GG paste
3 green Chili
1tsp Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Pepper  Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala

Make sure potato is well cooked.
Heat oil to high and then reduce the flame and then put the cutlets in oil
Keep the prepared cutlets in freezer for 15mins.
Use very less amount of oil while preparing the mixture.(it helps in bind the cutlets).
Dont keep the potato in water for long time.it will absorb more moisture and break the cutlet.
Add bread crumbs to absorb the extra moisture.
