Home made curd





1/2 litre Milk
1Tbsp curd(starter)


Heat the milk.
Once the milk starts boil reduce the flame and simmer for 15-20mins.
After 20mins switch off the flame and let it cool.
Once the temperature of the milk reaches lukewarm add curd to the milk and mix well.
Now, leave for the curd to set in a warm place for 5-8 hours
