1/2 kg chicken
1 Onion thinly sliced
2 Green chilli
2 tbsp coconut oil
Curry leaves
Salt (1 tsp)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
2 Tsp chilli powder (spicy) 2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Crush 1/2 cup thenga and 5-6 Cloves of Garlic(Dont use mixi)
Marinate chicken with all masala powders,onion ,green chilli,Coconut oil ,salt and keep for min 30mins.Pressure cook for 1 whistle.Open the cooker once it is cooled and add crushed thenga and garlic.
Cook for 5-7 mins very less flame.
