Hyderabad Chicken Biriyani --Vahchef

1/2kg  Chicken - 500 grams.
 1tsp    Lemon juice 
 1tsp    Ginger and 
 1tsp    Garlic paste
Salt 
 1.5tbsp      Chili powder 
1tbsp      Coriander powder 
1tsp        Cumin powder 
 1/2         Turmeric powder 
 1tsp       Garam masala powder
3tsp        Oil 
 1 cup Curd 
 5 Cloves 
2 Cardamon 
2  Cinnammon
1Maize 
1 Bay leaf
1 Biryani flower 
1 handfull Coriander leaves (chopped ) 
1 handfull Mint leaves (chopped) 
1 cup sliced and then Fried onions 
2 cups Basmati rice 
2 tbsp  Ghee 
2 tbsp Milk

Kerala Garam Masala Vahchef


2 tbsp   Fennel seeds
2 tbsp   cloves
1 tbsp   Peppercorn
1tbsp    green cardamom(little less than 1 tb)
2          Cinnamon sticks (2 inch)


Mias kitchen Sambar powder


20            Dry chili  
5tbsp      Mali
1tbsp      Uzhunu
1tbsp      kadalaparippu
.5tbsp     Jeerakam
.5tbsp     Uluva
Roast seperately and Powder it .

Chicken curry with tomato and cashew paste








Marinate  
1kg     chicken 
2tbsp  kashmiri chilie powder
1/2      tsp pepper powder
1tsp    salt 


Saute 3 small onions
Add 1 tsp of gg paste and add Puree of 2big tomatoes

1tsp coriander powder 1tsp kashmiri chilie powder  1tsp garam masala

add chicken and wait for 2 whistles 

add cashew  paste  (soaked4nos) and sim it for 5mins
