1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Ginger
Saute onion ginger and tomato add turmeric and salt .
Add mushroom and cook for 3 whistles.(Dont add water).
Grind coconut with chillie powder and coriander powder.Add a
cashews also .
Add this paste to cooked mushroom.
Sim and keep for 10-15mins and add water.
Note :Add pepper powder,Garam masala,kasuri methi.
