1 Cup Milk
Soaked 5Cahsews
Soaked 5Dates 
 Ragi kurukku(2tsp Ragi powder mix with 1 cup water)
 

Avocado MilkShake

1 Ripe Avocado
1 Banana(or 2 small banana)
500 ML cold milk
(Cashews ,Dates)
