Bake
for 30 mins in 180

1 Cup (130grams) Maida 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Salt- 2 Eggs 1 cup Powdered Sugar 1/4 cup Oil 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1/2 Cup Hot milk 1 Tbsp Butter

Chicken Stew


500g Chicken 
3 Green chilie 
1/2 tsp Pepper Pwder 
1 Potato
1 carrot 
1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Pressure cook all these ingredients for 1 whistle with half cup water 
Open the lid once the pressure is completely released.
1 onion
Sliced onion and Garlic
2Green Chilie and curry leaves
Thin Coconut milk 
Thick Coconut milk

Saute all the ingredients and add the chicken add coconut milk and cook for 10mins.Finally add thick coconut milk and switch off the flame.

Veg Bake

Bake 20 mins @180 (preheated for 10mins)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Butter

6 Cloves Garlic

1 onion chopped

Chilie flakes 

3 tbsp tomato Puree and Salt (Blanch 1 Tomato and Grind)

                                 


200g Mushroom(cut into 4) 

1.5 cup Palak

1 cup   Paneer


Oregano

Parsley


For white sauce:

2 tbsp Butter 

1.5 tbsp Maida 

1.5 cup Milk 

1cube cheese 
Pepper 
Salt

Place veg on tray ...and again white sauce on top again grate 1 cube of cheese on top.

Green Peas Kurma

1/2 cup Green Peas

1 Onion

1Potato

1 carrot 


Cook Green Peas with turmeric pepper and salt (high flame 1 whistle and 3 whistle in sim).

Cook onion,potato,carrot and green chilie in cooker for 2 whistle.

Grind 1 tsp coconut, 1/2 tsp coriander powder ,2 small green chilie and 1 whole cashew in mixie jar.

Mix green peas and coconut paste to the cooked vegetable 



Note :Dont stir the vegetables just swirl the vessel

Ada Pradhaman (Pazhayidam) -- PAYASAM

 250g Ada 

700gram sharkara 

1.5Litre  randam thenga pal

1 cup onampal

Total 1 hr 

200 grams palada  (1.5 ltr  water to cook Ada)
3.5  Ltr Milk 
1.5  Ltr Water 1tsp(ghee 1 tbsp sugar )
4.5Cups Sugar (900g

Step1 Add ada to boiling water and switch it off 
Wait for 1 hour .Wash 2-3 times and drain.


Once u add cooked washed ada wait for 15mins.
After 10 mins add sugar and wait for 10 mins .
After 10 mins switch off the flame and wait for 20 mins to serve.
Add Ghee on top to avoid pada.
