1 Cup Rice (4times water, 4-6 whistle in high flame) next time try 6times water
1/2 Cup Moong daal
2 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
5-6 n Green chillies
1 Tsp chopped ginger
10g Cashew nuts
Curry leaves
½ Tsp (crushed) Peppercorn
Pinch of Hing
Salt
Fry rice and dal for few mins
wash rice and dal
cook dal and rice with ginger and green chilli
Temper jeera and cashews in ghee and pour to the cooked mixture.
