Sambar

Cook 1/4 cup parippu with 1 cup water

Add vegtables and 1 cup water

Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup of water

2tsp sambar powder


Temper with ghee
Add garlic in tempering
and also sambar powder

Add onion with Dhal
