Make batter
Add florets
Again add plain flour to the batter.

Put one by one florets to the oil.Otherwise it will stick to each other.

Add chili sauce to the batter.
Chop the onion (Do not make big cubes)
Add very little soya sauce.
Add equal amount of chili sauce and ketchup.
