Butter Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

Marination
½ kg Chicken
1 tbsp  Lemon juice
1 tbsp Green chili
2tsp Kashmir chili powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp gg paste
1/4 cup curd
Salt

Frying Chicken
2 tbsp Oil

Cooking Gravy  and Rice
3 tbsp butter
¼ Cup cooking oil
3 Green chilies
4 Cloves
1 Mace
2 Green cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
1 large Onion
3 Medium tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1.5 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp  Salt
1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
½ Cup Water
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/4 Cup Cream
¼ Cup  Onion fried
¼ Cup Mint leaves
¼ Cup Fresh coriander

2-2.5 cups Rice
1 Tbsp  milk(for colour)
