Chenna Masala
4 tbsp oil / butter |
½ tsp cumin seeds |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste |
2 to matoes, finely chopped |
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder |
½ tsp turmeric powder |
1 tsp coriander powder |
½ tsp cumin powder |
¾ tsp aamchur powder |
.5 tsp garam masala |
2 cups water |
Beetroot Pachadi
add 1tsp oil to the pan add finely chopped/grated beetroot and cook till it is done.
Grind coconut,ginger,greenchilie and curd to a fine paste.
Switch off the flame of betrrot and add ground paste and close the lid
