4 Cup Idli Rice
1 Cup Urad dal(little extra or heaped
.5 cup RiceFlakes(Aval) or .5cup saboodana
1tsp fenugreek seeds
Wash and soak Urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl.
Wash and soak rice and rice flakes in a seperate bowl.
Soak for 4-5 hours.
Tips
Use soaked water of urad dal for grinding.
