Ingredients
2Cup Redrice (Kerala Matta Rice)
3/4 cup coconut
100gram Jaggery

Directions
Wash  rice well and drain off all the water.
Dry roast rice on low flame for 15 – 20 minutes by stirring continuously till it turns crispy.
Let it cool down and grind it into  fine powder.
Blend coconut and jaggery  in a blender and add to rice powder.
Now mix well the mixture and make balls.
If you are not able to make balls add 1tsp ghee and try again.
