Aloo tikki









4 Potato
2 Green chili
1/4 tsp Red chili Powder
2 tbsp Semolina (Rava)
4 tbsp Bread crumbs (or Rava)
1/4 tsp Jeera Powder (optional)
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt

Boil Potato and smash it only after cooling down.

Mix all ingredients and  Shape all the cutlets similarly and rest them in fridge for another 15-20 minutes to firm up.
Cook for 5 mins each side .
