AMbur biryani with Mahimas Cooking class

Ingredients 1/2 kg Chicken -1/2kg 3tbsp Oil-3tbsp 1tbsp Ghee 1 Cinnamon 3 Cardamom 3 Cloves 3 Onions 1/2tsp + 1tsp +1 1/2tsp Salt 1tbsp Garlic 8 Chilies 1tbsp Ginger 3 Tomato 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/8tsp Pepper powder 1/2cup Curd handful Coriander 2c Rice 1.5cup Water 1tsp Lime juice Cook on high flame for 4-5mins Addcurd coriander and malli leaves Mix close the lid and cook on low flame without the whistle for 10mins Add 2cups of rice and 1.5 cups of water since chicken has water Add lemon juice and adjust the salt Cook on high flame once it starts boiling ,reduce flame and keep it aside. Reduce flame and cook in low flame till gravy is3/4th evaporated. Turn of the flame place the whistle and keep aside for 20mins.

@tbsp Oats 1.25 cups Buttermilk /Milk / Juice / Water 3 tbsp Chia Seeds 1 tbsp Mixed seeds and Nuts 3 tbsp Mixed Fruits Honey / Date Syrup

Preethi ammai Chicken curry



1kg chicken marinate  with turmeric powder  and salt 
Marinate with gg paste
4 vatal mulkal
1 Pidi Pepper 
1 pidi malli 
6-7Garlic 
Saute and grind 
Cook it without water 

Finally add Oil and Curry leaves and saute 


Dnt add water
